The Biomedical Primate Research Centre (BPRC) is a leading biomedical research institute in the Netherlands focused on scientific research and translational medicine. As part of its research infrastructure, BPRC manages a growing biobank containing valuable biological samples and research data.
What We Did
Designing a Scalable Biobank Database and Researcher Marketing Strategy
We developed a strategic roadmap for BPRC’s future biobank database and researcher access platform. The team conducted stakeholder interviews, analyzed current workflows and database structures, benchmarked leading biobank systems, evaluated platform and vendor options, and designed a phased implementation and governance strategy for a scalable internal solution.
