What We Did
Analyzing Baggage Handling Delays and Improving Passenger Experience
We conducted both quantitative and qualitative research focused on baggage handling operations and passenger experience. The team analyzed operational delay data using econometric models, bottleneck mapping, and scenario simulations while also conducting passenger interviews to understand perceptions surrounding wait times, communication, and airport service quality.
